Validation. We all want it. In one way or another we all seek to get it.
My question today is, what if we all started giving it?
To anyone and everyone we come into contact with? No discrimination. What would the world look like? How would our society change?
I first came across this video last week through twitter. Michael Hyatt posted this along with a great post he wrote. This is so inspirational that I just had to share. It’s 16 minutes long, but worth it.
