If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it

I have to admit it. Sometimes I’m a bit anxious to try something new. I get tired and bored of what I know and desperately want to try something new. I need excitement. Maybe you could call me an adrenaline junkie. I dunno. But I do know that this characteristic has sometimes gotten me into trouble.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

It sounds so easy. Really. Of course I do have to add that I’m an idea person. Just about every moment of every day I find myself asking, “well…what if we did it this way?” or “have you ever thought about this?” or “do you think if we tried it that way we could have a better outcome and be more productive?” It seems like it’s always something.

My latest “new thing?” I was going to switch hosting services. Now, there is nothing wrong with my current host (Machighway) as a matter of fact, I really like them. But I got it in my head that I could get more space from another host for half the price. Usually when I deal sounds too good to be true, it’s usually crap. This proved to be the case with this other hosting company. Everytime I tried to access my server space, the website would time out. Or it would quit working. I could go on and on, but I won’t. I’ll just say that I’ll be sticking with what I KNOW works.

On that happy note, I’ll say a belated goodnight.

I think the reason the rowdykitten likes Machighway is the excellent tech support. ;)

I am kind of like that, too. I get bored quickly, and I like trying new things when it comes to all things internet.
