I was thinking I need some kind of consistency on the blog. So, every week I’m gonna have “Show and Tell Sunday.”
This week it’s a few photos from a shoot I did last month. Andy and Rebekah are a beautiful couple that I go to church with. It was a lot of fun spending time with them and capturing a few moments.
So there you have it. What do you think? Also…do you have something you’d like to post for “Show and Tell?” I’d like to see it!

Great portraits cuz.
I really like the composition setting. Very pastoral. The organic feel of the grass and trees is contrasted with the fences and structure in the background. You really set off the colors also. The complementary colors you bring out really adds depth to the images. Great examples of the complementary colors are the red hair and the warm skin tone color against the green landscape and the blue in their clothes against the yellow highlights. Although the subjects look posed at first glance the weight of their gaze and expression adds a story quality that makes the image interesting. The only change I would suggest would be to try and reduce the shadows under the man’s eyes. The shadows are most pronounced in the last image I think with him looking down.
